For Immediate Release

EdBloom_lores2Bethesda, MD | August 18, 2016 Ed Bloom, head of Offit Kurman’s Real Estate Practice, represented his long-time client, M.C. Dean, in the negotiation of its new headquarters lease in Tysons, VA.  The client is moving its headquarters from Dulles to The Boro, a 4.2 million square foot mixed-use redevelopment at Greensboro Station.  M.C. Dean entered into an approximately 85,000 rentable square foot lease, which may represent one of the largest lease transactions in Tysons this year.  Established in 1949 as a small electrical firm in D.C., M.C. Dean has grown to one of the largest privately held companies in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area with offices all over the world. “This is a very exciting time for a wonderful company and a great client” Bloom said.
