Offit Kurman Assists HMS Technologies, Inc. Sale

Recently, Offit Kurman attorneys, Michael N. Mercurio, Brent Salmons, Andres Vera, and Dan Hofherr assisted its client, HMS Technologies, Inc. with the sale of is business lines to a large prime government contractor and a service-disabled veteran-owned business.  No other details are available for release at this time.
