Herb Fineburg Featured on Panel “The Owner’s Journey” Presenting to Local Business Owners

Offit Kurman attorney Herbert Fineburg recently served as a panelist for “The Owner’s Journey,” an exclusive Bank of America event for business owners in the Philadelphia region.

The event took place at the Union League of Philadelphia and was hosted by William J. Meagher, Jr., CIMA. Mr. Fineburg’s fellow presenters included Dennis Springer (Wealth Strategies Advisor, U.S. Trust), T.J. Haas, (Managing Director, Eureka Equity Partners), Todd Buck (former President and Co-Founder, Wheelhouse Analytics), and Carol Steinberg (Regional Chair, VISTAGE International). Ed Marandola, Co-Founder, President, and CEO of X-Nav Technologies, joined as the event’s guest entrepreneur.

In a wide-ranging conversation facilitated by Mr. Meager, Mr. Marandola and the panelists shared their experiences, insights, and strategies related to business sales and ownership transitions. Following the initial presentation and discussion, the experts answered questions from the 19 business owners in attendance.

“The Owner’s Journey” is the latest in a recent string of events featuring Mr. Fineburg. In May, he served as a panelist for “About to be Flush: How to Play a Winning Hand,” hosted by Life Sciences PA. In June, he was a panelist for “A Deal Starts with One: M&A in the Life Sciences Industry,” co-presented by Offit Kurman, the Maryland Tech Council, and Drucker & Scaccetti as part of the 2019 BIO International Convention.
