Maple Lawn, MD | June 20, 2011 The County Executive recently appointed Alex Allman, a talented young attorney at Offit Kurman, to the Harford County Public Library Board of Trustees.  Confirmed by the County Council, trustees are tasked with setting policy and establishing and operating a free library.  Duties also include advising on the budgeting process and controlling the spending of funds.
