Previously, he had experience working for a Fortune 500 company and was involved in the successful start-up and sale of two businesses. Brian has multi-industry experience in business development, sales, marketing, finance, accounting, and operations.   Michael Mercurio-  Principal, Offit Kurman Michael N. Mercurio Michael Mercurio is a Principal and Chair of the Firm’s Business Law and Transactions’ Practice Group. He serves as outside general counsel to clients on matters related to corporate and business law, commercial transactions, government contracting and real estate.
