Business and Employment Attorney Marina Vishnepolskaya Joins Offit Kurman’s New York Office

New York, New York – November 22, 2021 – Offit Kurman is pleased to welcome Marina Vishnepolskaya to its New York office. She joins the firm as principal in the Business Law and Transactions and Labor and Employment groups.

Marina Vishnepolskaya focuses her practice on domestic and cross-border tax and employee benefits matters. She counsels employers and executives on a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters and represents multinational corporations and family offices on corporate and international tax matters, financial instruments, holding company structures, withholding tax compliance and reporting requirements. Ms. Vishnepolskaya also advises exempt organizations on all aspects of corporate governance, ERISA and tax planning and compliance.

Ms. Vishnepolskaya is a prolific author and lecturer on developments, practical issues and planning opportunities in executive compensation, employee benefits, ERISA, exempt organizations and corporate and international taxation, and the author of a chapter on reporting Section 409A arrangements in the New York University Review of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation. She is a member of the Bloomberg Industry Group's Compensation Planning Advisory Board.

Ms. Vishnepolskaya holds a B.A with Honors from Baruch College and a J.D. and an LL.M in Taxation from New York Law School. She is fluent in Russian.
