Baltimore SmartCEO Magazine Names Jonathan Wachs and Brian Rosenberg 2015 CPA & ESQ Award Winners

Presented annually, the CPA & ESQ Awards program honors Baltimore’s “most enterprising accountants and attorneys for their leadership, accomplishment, innovation and success.” The full slate of winners will be announced at a lunch reception at Grand Historic Venue on June 2nd. In addition, Baltimore SmartCEO will profile Mr. Rosenberg, Mr. Wachs, and their fellow honorees in the magazine’s May/June issue. Brian Rosenberg serves as Chair of the Banking and Finance Practice Group and primarily counsels clients with respect to real estate matters, including acquisitions, finance and development matters, and also assists financial institutions in connection with all aspects of commercial lending, with a particular focus on loan transactions secured by real property. In addition, Mr. Rosenberg serves as local Maryland counsel to lenders and real estate owners in multi-state transactions, and has extensive experience in preparing and negotiating attorney opinion letters in loan transactions.
