Explanation of Board rulemaking that may impact non-union companies Specifically expedited election processes, mandatory posting requirements, and other onerous projected rules and regulations. 5. Dealing with Union organizers We will outline strategies for dealing with organizers should they show up at your company’s doorstep and how to communicate with employees regarding possible unionization attempts. 6. What to do if contacted by the NLRB We will outline strategies for when you are contacted by the NLRB in either a representation or an unfair labor practice proceeding.
