Alison K. Noll Named Chair of Offit Kurman’s Estates and Trusts Practice Group

Baltimore, MD | March 2, 2015 Offit Kurman has appointed estate planning and administration attorney Alison K. Noll chair of the firm’s Estates and Trusts practice group. The change will take effect March 1st. Starting on that date, Ms. Noll will oversee the activities of Offit Kurman’s other estates and trusts practitioners spread across eight office locations in the mid-Atlantic region. She succeeds previous group leader Louis Jay Ulman, who will continue his role as an attorney with the firm. Boasting a two decades-long career in estate planning and administration law, Alison Noll is recognized as a preeminent practicing attorney in Virginia and the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. Aside from her work assisting individuals and families with all aspects of estate and asset protection, Ms. Noll regularly advises business owners on issues ranging from corporate governance to succession planning. She is also versed in real estate matters, including property settlements and titles. In 2011, Northern Virginia Magazine named Ms. Noll to its “Top Lawyers” list for Estate Planning.
