As Practice Group Manager, I am responsible for managing the performance, administrative functions, and business development initiatives and activities of the Mid Market Business practice group. Working with the Practice Group Lead, I am accountable for group compliance with the firm’s established practices and procedures, practice group reporting, measurement of group performance compared to budgeted objectives and participation in marketing driven business development initiatives.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING PRACTICE GROUP
The GGI Business Development & Marketing (BDM) Practice Group Sub-Group encourages GGI members from around the world to engage in conversation relevant to implementing best practices for a successful business development and marketing plan. We believe that greater participation from GGI members and collaboration with other GGI practice groups, will result in more extensive knowledge sharing within all of GGI. We will develop regular dialog with GGI practice group chairpersons and vice-chairpersons in each region, to ensure that members’ requirements are met and are aligned within GGI Head Office policies. We will establish a framework that will enable members to identify challenges and opportunities in their respective regions, and provide a broad range of ideas in strategic planning and marketing that will allow individuals and firms to achieve their personal and firm goals and aspirations.
