Marketing Coordinator, Baltimore Metro Area

Offit Kurman, P.A., is searching for well-qualified candidates to apply for its Marketing Coordinator position.  This position will located in the Baltimore Metro Area.  The Marketing Coordinator shall interact and support attorneys in the Private Wealth and Bankruptcy practice areas, with a hands-on approach, to execute their marketing and business development initiatives to drive revenue growth.  The Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for identifying and communicating brand investment opportunities for Director of Marketing and Practice Group Manager ROI review and implementation approval.

Major Business Objectives (MBOs)

Support Practice Group Manager, as well as Private Wealth and Bankruptcy attorneys, for implementation of attorney marketing initiatives.  Work with and through the Practice Group Manager to plan and execute results-oriented marketing campaigns, within budget and with a measurable ROI, (i.e., seminars, webinars, speaking engagements, direct mail, social events, etc.).

Support Practice Group Manager and attorney groups in the identification of firm brand investment opportunities for ROI review and implementation approval.

Create copy and maintain marketing collateral, as appropriate (i.e., ads, brochures, fact sheets, attorney bios, website, newsletters, press releases, etc.).

Use all marketing infrastructure, systems, and budget information to provide efficient support to Practice Group Manager and attorney groups.

Work with PGM, PGLs and other team members to develop and execute marketing plans and other strategic marketing initiatives.

All other business development/marketing duties requested by Practice Group Manager.

Education:  Bachelor’s Degree required with concentration in marketing, and/or business or related field preferred, with 1 to 4 years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience in a professional services organization.

 Experience:  Well-qualified candidates with have three to five years’ experience in the areas of planning, coordinating and executing marketing and business development initiatives in a professional services organization.

 Language Skills:  The position requires the ability to read, analyze, and interpret marketing trends and competitor information.  The position also requires the ability to effectively communicate, in all forms, and present information to top management.

Technology:  Proficient in MS Office Suite (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
