We are seeking a mid-level litigation associate to join our Philadelphia office. The role will involve all phases of a busy employment practice. Types of matters will include restrictive covenant, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duties, employment mobility and trade secrets, wage and hour, non-compete and discrimination matters. Trial work is expected.
Attorney should have a minimum of 5 years’ employment litigation.
