HoCo in the Know: Breakfast Bar Speaker Series is Back!

I am so pleased to share that I have reignited my monthly Breakfast Bar Series!

Although I wish it could be in person, we did the next best thing and gathered virtually this morning.  My partner, Russell Berger, spoke on all things Labor & Employment as COVID-19 continues.  What should you be asking, what should you do, what should you not do in the current environment??

I know we are all suffering from COVID fatigue, but as employers, we need to be prepared and compliant.  That means have plans-long term and short term, communicate your plans and expectations to your employers, gather required information, follow CDC and local jurisdictional requirements, be aware of the legislation as the result of COVID and behave accordingly.  It’s a lot to keep track of, and it can be overwhelming, but there is no end in sight, especially when we consider that schools will be virtual for the foreseeable future, and many working parents have children in school.  Many of those working parents are our employees, who are to be afforded certain considerations under the law.
