ABOUT JAMES GAITHER
James is a Principal attorney with Offit Kurman’s Landlord Tenant group focusing primarily on Maryland properties. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, James was an Assistant Bar Counsel with the Attorney Grievance Commission. In that capacity, James prosecuted cases against Maryland attorneys and other individuals not licensed to practice law in Maryland. As a result, he has significant trial experience in Circuit Courts throughout Maryland and has argued numerous cases before the Maryland Court of Appeals.
ABOUT TODD KELTING
Mr. Kelting’s practice as a civil litigation attorney focuses primarily on real estate law civil litigation issues such as landlord representation and property managers of residential and commercial real estate. This representation includes the drafting of leases, policy and procedure drafting for residential fair housing compliance and litigation. In addition to landlord representation, Mr. Kelting handles complex litigation matters of all types, including commercial and construction litigation as well as discrimination cases and business torts.
ABOUT REVÉE M. WALTERS
Revée M. Walters is a Principal attorney, Chair of the Landlord Representation practice group, a member of the Commercial Litigation practice group, and a member of Offit Kurman’s Diversity Committee. Revée represents small and large businesses in a wide variety of industries in state and federal court litigation, mediations, arbitrations, and agency proceedings. The primary focus of her practice is Fair Housing Act training, counseling and litigation defense, as well as the representation of property management companies and landlords, real estate agents and brokers, and real estate buyers and sellers in diverse and complex housing and employment law matters
