Chambers USA Honors Three Offit Kurman Lawyers and the Firm’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group in Philadelphia

Offit Kurman’s Insurance Recovery Practice Group in Philadelphia has been included in Chambers USA 2019. In addition, three of the firm’s lawyers—Jay M. Levin, Richard Wasserman, and Michael Conley—have achieved individual Chambers rankings. Mr. Levin and Mr. Wasserman have been ranked as Band 1 lawyers, with Mr. Conley ranked as a Band 3 lawyer, all for multiple years.

Since 1990, Chambers has ranked the best lawyers in jurisdictions throughout the United States. In-house counsel around the world consider the Chambers directory a go-to resource when searching for an attorney. To produce its rankings, Chambers employs more than 170 full-time editors and researchers—the largest research team of its kind—who identify, gather information about, and conduct interviews with tens of thousands of attorneys. The result is a comprehensive, objective guide to the most qualified and experienced legal practitioners working today.

Offit Kurman is one of only 11 firms ranked in the “Insurance” department category in Pennsylvania. Mr. Levin, who serves as chair of the Insurance Recovery Practice Group, said clients appreciate the team’s flexible approach and sole focus on representing policyholders—never carriers.
