On January 29th, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission announced proposed revisions to EEO–1 reports. The change will require employers with over 100 employees to include specific pay data from employers, including federal contractors, with more than 100 employees. By including extra information on the hours worked and wages paid, the EEOC hopes to better spot trends and uncover pay discrimination. These changes are set to take place in September 2017.
