Friday Factoid: Voting Machines are Patent Protected

Voting machines that received patent protection from the USPTO include: (1) a machine that pulls a curtain around the voter in connection with the vote being recorded; (2) voting machines to be installed and used on automobiles; and (3) voting machines to be used by blind or illiterate people without the assistance of others.
