David Goldberg, a principal at Offit Kurman, focuses his practice on business litigation and family law. With nearly 20 years of experience in practicing law, David has built a diverse practice encompassing business law, business litigation, and family law. He is an accomplished litigator who has tried a wide variety of cases over the years. While David enjoys mastering the skills of trial advocacy, he also strives to help his clients find out-of-court solutions to their disputes and legal issues whenever appropriate. David’s full service family law practice covers the full gamut of family law matters: divorce, equitable distribution and asset division, child custody and visitation, spousal support, child support, and premarital agreements. David takes pride in guiding his clients through the challenging and often highly complex family law issues they confront. David also handles a wide variety of business law matters. He represents individuals and companies in contract disputes, commercial litigation, business collections, corporate litigation, shareholder and partnership disputes, as well as employment law. Lauren A. Jenkins focuses her practice on tax and estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax compliance. Ms. Jenkins represents individuals and families with creating and implementing estate plans to achieve their personal and financial objectives. Such planning often includes drafting wills, revocable trusts, and powers of attorney, as well as more advanced estate planning to preserve wealth for future generations. Ms. Jenkins also has experience advising clients who require both domestic and international components to their estate plans. Ms. Jenkins guides clients through the complexities and nuances of trust and estate administration. She advises fiduciaries with respect to their powers and responsibilities, including filing obligations under state and federal law. Additionally, Ms. Jenkins represents beneficiaries who desire separate counsel to ensure their interests are protected and they receive their full entitlement.
Alfredo Acin is an associate in the firm’s Family Practice Group. He assists clients in a variety of family law matters including divorce, child custody and visitation, child support, alimony, property division, post-divorce decree enforcement, modification of custody, visitation, and support, and domestic violence and drafting pre-nuptial and separation agreements. Alison K. Noll is an estate planning attorney who assists individuals, families, and small business owners with all of their estate planning needs. Ms. Noll prepares comprehensive estate plans, including all types of revocable and irrevocable trusts, each specifically tailored to her client’s individual needs. She occasionally serves as executor and trustee on behalf of clients as well as representing executors, trustees and beneficiaries in fiduciary litigation matters.
Thomas W. Repczynski is a creditor-side bankruptcy attorney, estates and trusts litigator, real estate litigation lawyer, and principal with Offit Kurman’s Bankruptcy and Restructuring Practice Group. Tom focuses his practice in general commercial and civil litigation with an emphasis on fiduciary disputes, creditors’ rights enforcement, and real estate related matters of all types. Tom represents an array of lenders, businesses, and individual clients from across the country in federal, bankruptcy, and state court and administrative proceedings with a broad range of trust and estate (i.e. inheritance related) disputes and general business contract and tort issues. Tom’s bankruptcy-related experience has most recently emphasized non-debtor spouse priority claim matters (advising and assisting divorce/family law counsel), commercial landlord and Chapter 7 panel trustee representation, and includes more than 16 years of preference claims defense, and other secured, unsecured, and priority creditor representation in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, and Chapter 13 bankruptcy proceedings with both local and national implications.
Douglas Kay possesses a broad range of practical experience to assist clients in reaching business and litigation resolutions for their most threatening and difficult problems. He has represented a wide variety of clients from individuals to publicly traded corporations and small businesses.
