Offit Kurman Attorney to Chair Maryland Bar Association Franchise Committee

Offit Kurman attorney Brian Loffredo was recently elected chairman of the Maryland Franchise and Distribution Law Committee, which operates under the Business Law Section of the Maryland Bar Association. Mr. Loffredo will serve a two-year term and will be responsible for overseeing committee meetings and educational seminars, and working with committee members to foster discussion and collaboration among franchise and distribution law attorneys. “Offit Kurman is proud of Brian Loffredo’s appointment,” said Offit Kurman Managing Principal, Theodore (Ted) Offit. “As a principal in the business litigation department of our firm, his skills and expertise have been applauded by clients and colleagues alike.” Mr. Loffredo is a commercial litigator with more than thirteen years of experience representing clients in the franchise industry. Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Loffredo worked at a franchise litigation boutique specializing in the representation of franchisees.
