V. Amanda Witts is an experienced litigator whose experience includes litigating employment, commercial, products liability and mass tort matters. Ms. Witts's employment experience includes litigating Title VII, Section 1981, ADEA, Pennsylvania Whistleblower, PHRA and ADA claims. Ms. Witts represents litigants at all stages of litigation in federal and state court across jurisdictions. Beyond her trial experience, Ms. Witts has led internal investigations and routinely counsels clients on employment and human resources issues. Ms. Witts is also experienced in drafting employment agreements, separation agreement, employee handbooks and developing and implementing employee trainings. In addition to working in private practice, Ms. Witts previously served as the Deputy General Counsel of the Pennsylvania Convention Center Authority (PCCA). There, Ms. Witts managed labor and employment litigation brought against the PCCA, lead investigations on employment related issues, drafted employment policies, and advised internal stakeholders on legal, administrative, procedural and regulatory matters. Additionally, Ms. Witts also drafted and oversaw the PCCA’s Diversity, Inclusion & Anti-Discrimination Program.
