Tracey L. Batey is a highly experienced legal professional in banking, mortgage lending and servicing. Her expertise includes: Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, ECOA, Flood Insurance, ESIGN, FCRA, FDCPA, PRIVACY, RESPA, Regulation X, TILA, Regulation Z, SCRA, Regulations DD, CC and E, and UDAAP.
