Raymond Gambrill is an attorney who focuses on civil litigation, primarily the representation of landlords and property managers of residential real estate.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Gambrill worked as an attorney at a local firm and was responsible for the representation of landlords in review of lease agreements, summary ejectment actions, wrongful detainer actions, tenant hold over actions, and breach of lease actions. As a Staff Attorney in the Montgomery County State’s Attorney’s Office, Mr. Gambrill was responsible for the investigation and prosecution of misdemeanor criminal offenses. Mr. Gambrill also served as a Law Clerk for the Honorable John W. Debelius, III of the Montgomery County Circuit Court and was responsible for drafting daily bench memoranda on civil and criminal matters as well as administrative judicial duties.
Mr. Gambrill holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences from Hampton University and a Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law. He also completed the Leadership Development Academy of the Montgomery County Bar Association.
