She is a trusted legal advisor to a wide variety of clients, including corporations, small and family-owned businesses, and individuals.

Madeline has handled the investigation and litigation of complex and high-exposure first-party and third-party insurance coverage and liability matters in numerous state and federal courts, as well as in arbitration, appraisal, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution.  Her experience includes insurance bad faith and large-loss property claims for both spanning residential and commercial fire damage, complex business interruption losses, arson and fraud, mortgage and bank fraud, losses under jewelers block policies, multi-school district water and mold claims, catastrophic collapses, hurricanes, hailstorms, and other extreme weather events. An authority on insurance-related topics, Madeline has authored numerous articles, and has given lectures at continuing legal education programs, on insurance coverage and bad faith/extra-contractual issues.  In addition, complementing her insurance coverage and litigation background, Madeline’s business and commercial experience includes advising clients on the negotiation and drafting of business leases and rental agreements, small business dissolutions, distributorship agreements, and corporate formation.
