Louise Harmon focuses her practice on commercial and residential real estate development and real estate finance. She represents clients through all facets of commercial real estate transactions and is able to assist them in the acquisition, financing, development, and disposition of all types of real estate. This work includes the negotiation and drafting of purchase and sale agreements, the negotiation of acquisition and development financing documents, the drafting of reciprocal easement agreements, restrictive covenants and other related documents for commercial developments and residential planned communities.
Louise has particular experience working with local, regional, and national lenders in the negotiation and documentation of acquisition, refinance and construction financing, asset-based lending transactions and other forms of secured lending.
Louise’s clients include numerous lenders, local developers and builders, and national builders in North Carolina and South Carolina.
