John "Jack" Capitano concentrates on real estate and landlord/tenant issues, as well as general commercial litigation. Jack is admitted to practice before the Western, Middle and Eastern Districts for the U.S. District Court of North Carolina and has represented clients at all levels of the state trial and appellate courts in North Carolina.
Jack’s practice involves the representation of commercial landlords in litigation, negotiations, leasing and related transactional work. He also regularly handles other real estate related issues, including liens, condemnation, foreclosure and bankruptcy.
