Heath Schneibolk is a civil litigator in the Landlord Representation practice group. He has experience in a wide range of issues with a primary focus representing property management companies and landlords in diverse and complex matters. This includes breach of lease, tenant holdover, and other issues pertaining to landlord-tenant matters; reviewing and drafting commercial and residential lease agreements; and advising clients on other issues that may arise. Mr. Schneibolk has extensive experience advising homeowners associations, condominium associations, and housing cooperatives as general counsel. He has counseled common ownership communities on by-law amendments, meeting procedures, construction defect litigation, collection matters, rules enforcement, and a wide range of other issues regularly faced by common ownership communities. Mr. Schneibolk was on Law Review while at the University of Maryland Law School, where he graduated cum laude.
