From developing terms for the initial letter of intent and assisting in housekeeping and due diligence, to negotiating terms of a purchase agreement, Mr. Hofherr is well-versed in helping clients navigate through to closing. Mr. Hofherr’s transactional experience spans a broad range of industries including software engineering, healthcare (e.g. medical, dental, physical therapy, elder care, and chiropractic), government contracting, and even precious metal plating and finishing.
