As a transactional lawyer, Mr. Hofherr is proficient in mergers and asset and equity acquisitions. From developing terms for the initial letter of intent and assisting in housekeeping and due diligence, to negotiating terms of a purchase agreement, Mr. Hofherr is well-versed in helping clients navigate through to closing. Mr. Hofherr’s transactional experience spans a broad range of industries including software engineering, healthcare (e.g. medical, dental, physical therapy, elder care, and chiropractic), government contracting, and even precious metal plating and finishing.
As a counselor, Mr. Hofherr brings a practical solution-focused approach to the issues. Whether family-owned or investor-fueled, he approaches each matter with his client’s goals in mind, and provides candid timely advice.
