Stephanie Hopper
Stephanie Hopper is a cannabis industry veteran and leader. Prior to her relationship with Offit Kurman, Ms. Hopper was the Chief Operating Officer of a medical and recreational dispensary and cultivation for two and a half years located in Denver, Colorado. In addition, Ms. Hopper was a board member and the legislative chair for a prominent cannabis industry group representing over 65 companies in the State of Colorado. Ms. Hopper currently sits on the Board of Advisors for a cannabis infused products manufacturer and actively engages with the development of IT solutions focused on the cannabis industry. Prior to entering the cannabis industry Ms. Hopper worked for industry leaders BDO Seidman, KPMG, and Verizon in addition to participating in multiple start-ups. Ms. Hopper focused her career on helping companies implement solutions that improve efficiencies and controls to meet and maintain compliance with industry regulations and company expectations. Ms. Hopper holds a MS in Telecommunications and a BS in Information Systems from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Kristi Kelly
A cannabis industry pioneer from the Mid-Atlantic, Kristi Kelly applies her commitment to safe, quality cannabis to business. In addition to her work with Offit Kurman, Ms. Kelly is the executive director of Marijuana Industry Group, Colorado’s oldest and largest trade association for licensed businesses, where she was also vice chair. Ms. Kelly is an investor and was an owner/operator in cannabis cultivation, manufacturing and dispensary businesses in Colorado. She is a founding board member of the world’s first cannabis financial institution. She is the founding trustee of CannAbility Foundation, helping families of children living with conditions and disabilities helped by cannabis. She sits on the Colorado’s Task Force for Drunk and Impaired Driving and Department of Health and Environment's Marijuana Occupational Health and Safety Workgroup, and Denver's Social Consumption Advisory Committee and Odor Advisory Workgroup, among numerous other appointments and rulemaking committees. She was recognized as one of 2016’s 50 most powerful women in cannabis (#12) by Cannabis Business Executive, and was featured in 2017’s Breaking the Grass Ceiling: Women, Weed & Business.
