Offit Kurman Attorney Rachel Kamins to Present At The Judiciary Institute Of Maryland

Maple Lawn, MD | July 20, 2015 Rachel Marblestone Kamins, criminal defense litigation and appeal principal attorney at Offit Kurman, will be presenting at the Judiciary Institute of Maryland program, “Pitfalls for Judges Handling Criminal Cases.”   The course will identify and address the areas of criminal procedure that are the most fertile ground for appeals and reversals of Circuit Court rulings.  Ms. Kamins will discuss appellate decisions that provide guidance to trial judges who handle criminal cases.
