Offit Kurman Attorneys Host Women’s Cards for Comfort Event
For Immediate Release Bethesda, MD |September 17, 2015 Offit Kurman attorneys Revée Walters and Sara Cimino hosted a successful women’s event last night in the Offit Kurman Bethesda office. Their goal was to bring women together and accomplish something good. “We’ve hosted several events in the past, but this year we wanted to make our attendees feel that they were giving back while meeting other like-minded women” said Offit Kurman marketing coordinator Stephanie Goldstein. Revée and Sara decided to host an event where attendees would partner together to create handmade greeting cards for cancer patients. The organization Giving Comfort creates “Comfort Kits” to send to cancer patients, a greeting card is included in each kit. The women folded, cut, glued, and painted their masterpieces, every card had a different design and an uplifting message of hope. Attendees were thrilled to participate and acknowledged that together we can make a difference for good.
