Maple Lawn, MD, August, 11, 2008 — Offit Kurman, one of the fastest growing legal services providers in the mid-Atlantic region has more than tripled its presence in the Philadelphia marketplace. As of October 1, 2008, the attorneys of Abrahams, Loewenstein & Bushman, a firm with a rich tradition of service in the Philadelphia community dating back to 1910, will join the ever-expanding Offit Kurman firm.
“Philadelphia is an important market for the growth of our practice,” said Ted Offit, managing principal, Offit Kurman. “In less than two years, we’ve grown to a 20 person operation in Philadelphia, and continued growth is expected. Increasing our presence in Philadelphia through affiliation with Abrahams, Loewenstein & Bushman falls well within our strategic plan.”
“We are pleased to have such a dynamic group of attorneys join the Philadelphia office and contribute to the firm’s continued growth. This strategic expansion increases the depth of our service offerings throughout the Philadelphia/Baltimore/Washington DC region,” added Howard Kurman, principal, Offit Kurman.
“We are excited to join Offit Kurman because it provides us with a strong foundation to better serve our existing clients and attract Philadelphia’s leading companies and individuals. We look forward to furthering the Offit Kurman name throughout the Philadelphia legal community,” said Sayde Ladov, Chancellor elect of the Philadelphia Bar Association and member/share holder of Abrahams, Loewenstein & Bushman.
