Bethesda, MD | January 10, 2011 - Fast growing Offit Kurman enhances its Commercial Litigation Practice with the addition of Franny Wilburn.
Ms. Wilburn, who practices out of the firm’s Washington DC area office in Bethesda, Maryland, brings experience in commercial litigation involving real estate, commercial lending, secured transactions, property dispositions, workouts, foreclosures, commercial leasing and general commercial matters. Experienced in representing both national and community-based lenders, she has provided legal assistance in connection with workout agreements, foreclosures, forbearance agreements and the general pursuit of remedies in connection with loan repayment. Ms. Wilburn has a background representing creditors involved in bankruptcy actions and applies this experience to all areas of commercial litigation.
