BILL DAVIS ELECTED TO THE EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE OF THE BAR ASSOCIATION FOR MONTGOMERY COUNTY
Bethesda, MD | May 2, 2011 - Offit Kurman is pleased to announce Bill Davis’ election to the Executive Committee of the Bar Association for Montgomery County.
Mr. Davis, who practices out of the firm’s Washington office, is an experienced litigator and represents contractors and real estate developers in both the residential and commercial settings. In addition to his transactional construction contracts practice, Mr. Davis’ litigation practice focuses primarily on construction litigation, condominium warranty litigation, mechanic’s lien actions, Miller Act claims, insurance litigation, surety litigation and real estate disputes.

In addition to his service on the Bar Association for Montgomery County, Mr. Davis serves as Chairman of the Committee to Retain the Sitting Judges of Montgomery County and the Maryland Political Action Committee. He also serves as Co-Host Montgomery County Bar Foundation’s Law School for the Public Television Show and serves on the Character Committee for Seventh Appellate Circuit.
