Craig F. Turet Joins Offit Kurman’s Philadelphia Office
Mr. Craig Turet has joined Offit Kurman as a principal in the firm's Commercial Litigation practice group. In his more than 20 years of practice, Mr. Turet handled a broad range of business-related litigation, including business torts, financial institution litigation, real estate litigation and complex contractual disputes. In addition, for many years Mr. Turet served as national counsel to several manufacturers in connection with products liability litigation pending against them nationally, including the development and implementation of discovery, settlement and trial strategies. Currently, he handles the defense of individual product liability actions, including those involving asbestos-containing products.
Mr. Turet has been certified as an arbitrator by the Council of Better Business Bureaus, Inc. (BBB), and regularly serves as an arbitrator with respect to private commercial disputes brought to the BBB. He also has served since 2008 as a member of the Board of Directors of the March of Dimes of Southeastern Pennsylvania

Mr. Turet is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School where he served as an editor of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review; he received his undergraduate degree, magna cum laude, from Colgate University. Mr. Turet is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Mr. Turet joins Offit Kurman from Spector, Gadon & Rosen and was previously a partner at Duane Morris.
