About the presenter:

Ken Gauvey focuses his practice in the areas of immigration, labor and employment and general civil litigation. In immigration, Mr. Gauvey has represented clients in all types of employment-based immigration including H-1B and PERM processes and he has represented individuals in EB-1 and EB-2 National Interest Waiver applications. In addition, Mr. Gauvey has extensive knowledge of the EB-5 investor visas. In family-based immigration, Mr. Gauvey has worked extensively with fiancé visa, as well as family-based adjustment of status application. Mr. Gauvey represents employers in a wide range of matters including general immigration, compliance issues, discrimination defense, sexual harassment, ADA and ADEA claims, wage and hour matters, FMLA, contracts matters and employment-related tort claims. Mr. Gauvey represents clients before local, state and federal administrative agencies and courts across the nation involving immigration, labor and employment issues, as well as in arbitrations and other dispute resolution proceedings. Mr. Gauvey regularly advises clients on Form I-9 issues, immigration compliance and employer policies and procedures.
