Ken Gauvey focuses his practice in all areas of immigration law. He has represented employers in defending against ICE audits and counseled employers regarding ICE raids. His primary practice is representing employers and their employees in obtaining immigration benefits for work authorization and representing families seeking to remain in the U.S. Mr. Gauvey co-authored an article on proper Form I-9 procedures for the Maryland Bar Journal and has lectured on various immigration related topics.
