From I-95: Take Exit 77 toward Bel Air. Proceed North on Route 24/Vietnam Veterans Memorial Highway for approximately 6 miles. Turn right at Baltimore Pike/Business Route 1; proceed 1 mile. Turn left onto South Main Street and our office is a half-mile ahead, on the right.

Driving directions:
From I-29: Take Exit 13 - Route 216 west toward Fulton. Then go through the traffic circles for approximately 1/4 mile and turn right into the Maple Lawn complex. Travel approximately 1/4 of a mile to building 8171 (on the right hand side of Maple Lawn Boulevard).

From I-95: Take Exit 35 - Route 216 west toward Scaggsville. Proceed for approximately
3 miles (past route I-29) and then proceed through the traffic circles for approximately 1/4
mile and turn right into the Maple Lawn complex. Travel approximately 1/4 of a mile to building 8171 (on the right hand side of Maple Lawn Boulevard).

Our office is located in the offices for Prime Financial Resources located at 7610 Old Georgetown Rd., Plaza Level, Bethesda, MD 20814. We are on the Plaza (P) level of the Metropolitan complex, above a 1,000 space County parking garage with entrances on both Woodmont Avenue and Edgemoor Lane.

Driving directions:
The entrance to the parking garage is marked with a large blue Bethesda Center parking sign.

From the Beltway, take exit 36 (Old Georgetown Road) towards Bethesda. Travel approximately 2.8 miles and turn right onto Woodmont Avenue after the Sunoco station. The parking garage entrance is almost immediately on your left (second driveway).

If you are coming south on Wisconsin Avenue/Rockville Pike, turn right onto Woodmont Avenue (after passing the NIH campus), go south for approximately one mile, cross Old Georgetown Road, and the parking garage entrance is almost immediately on your left (second driveway).

If you are coming north on Wisconsin Avenue, turn left onto Old Georgetown Road north (after passing the Hyatt), turn left at the second traffic light (Woodmont Ave.) and the parking garage entrance is almost immediately on your left (second driveway).

Take the “Old Georgetown Road” elevators from the parking garage to the Plaza level (P) also referred to as the “skywalk”. When exiting the elevator, walk four to five paces to your right and immediately turn left. Our metallic office sign, which is at the entrance to our office, is straight ahead. The path is also marked with a black & white directional sign for Stephen S. Polan, CPA/Prime Financial Resources as you exit the elevator and glance to the right.

Metro directions:
The building is conveniently located 1 & ½ blocks from the Bethesda Metro Station. From the Bethesda Metro Station, take the escalators to the street level and make a left onto Old Georgetown Road. Walk 1 & ½ blocks down Old Georgetown Road and enter the Breezeway on the left side of the street, just past the Chipolte Mexican restaurant. Take the elevator to the Plaza level (P). Walk straight when exiting the elevator. Our entrance will be on your left hand side. The path is marked with a directional sign for Stephen S. Polan, CPA/Prime Financial Resources.

From I-95 North (Crossing into PA): Take Exit 22/Route 676, Central Philadelphia. Keep left, entering the Vine Street Expressway. Take the Broad Street Exit; bearing right onto 15th Street. From the right lane of 15th Street, turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Proceed three blocks and turn right onto 18th Street; parking is immediately on your left.

From North:
Take I-95 South toward Pennsylvania, then take Exit 22/Route 676 West, Central Philadelphia. Take the Broad Street Exit (PA-611) onto 15th Street. From the right lane of 15th Street, turn right onto John F. Kennedy Boulevard. Proceed three blocks and turn right onto 18th Street; parking is immediately on your left.
