Mr. Pillsbury’s work in insurance recovery has included complex property damage claims, business interruption claims, directors and officers insurance claims and other commercial insurance claims. In addition, Mr. Pillsbury focuses on business litigation, including commercial real estate and construction matters.

Previous Work
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Pillsbury was an attorney in Anderson Kill's Philadelphia office. He clerked for United States District Judge Gene E.K. Pratter of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. While attending Temple University Law School, Mr. Pillsbury was the Research Editor of the Temple Law Review and interned with United States Magistrate Judge Jacob P. Hart of the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
