Practice Focus

Mr. Lynch is a member of the firm's Management Committee and Chair of the firm’s Litigation Department. Mr. Lynch’s practice is focused on complex civil litigation matters, including business disputes, securities and intellectual property litigation. Mr. Lynch also has significant experience with litigation in the areas of ownership disputes, energy disputes, government contracts, and real estate/title matters throughout the United States. In addition, Mr. Lynch serves as an advisor to several professional athletes and executives on asset protection planning throughout the United States.
