Practice Focus

For more than 40 years, Mr. Neuhauser has worked closely with clients on implementing their decisions regarding disposition of assets while advising as to the estate and gift tax implications. He also works with business owners to plan the succession of ownership to future generations. In addition, Mr. Neuhauser has devoted a large part of his practice to the sale and purchase of small and mid-sized businesses within and outside the State of Maryland.
