Mr.Blonder has an extensive complex commercial litigation background with emphasis on defending employers in federal and state courts and before federal and state administrative agencies. He has represented and counseled employers on labor and employment issues including compliance with Title VII. Americans with Disabilities Act, Family and Medical Leave Act, Fair Labor Standards Act, Service Contract Act, National Labor Relations Act and state anti-discrimination statutes. Mr. Blonder represents clients before federal, state and local administrative bodies and courts across the nation that enforce employment and labor laws. He also has comprehensive experience in the alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including arbitration and mediation.

Mr. Blonder has argued successful dispositive motions in breach of contract and disability discrimination claims and has drafted numerous successful dispositive pleadings, including a summary judgment motion in a $100 million breach of contract claim.
