Practice Focus

Russell Berger is an experienced and efficient litigator experienced in both state and federal courts who was recently named as a 2012 Rising Star by Super Lawyers. In addition to handling general litigation matters, Mr. Berger's practice focuses on labor and employment disputes including: minimum wage and overtime litigation arising out of the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) as well as state law; claims of discrimination and harassment arising under Title VII and state anti-discrimination laws; claims arising under federal statutes such as the Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), the Age Discrimination in Employment Act (ADEA), and American with Disabilities Act (ADA); wrongful termination; employment contract and general contract claims; employment-related tort claims; and other business and professional tort claims. Mr. Berger frequently represents employers, businesses and professional clients in litigation throughout the country.
