Mr. Rubin’s practice is primarily handling real estate matters including residential and commercial sales, acquisitions, leasing and financing, representing sellers, purchasers, landlords and tenants. He has thorough knowledge of the complexities involved in the sale and purchase of condominiums and has represented developers in converting properties to condominium form of ownership, as well as currently representing condominium associations. He has extensive experience in representing business owners with refinance of their properties, as well as in estate administration to facilitate loan closings and settlements.
