Activities

Mr. Donnelly has served as Chairman of the Estates Section of the Maryland State Bar Association, Chair of the Baltimore Estate and Gift Tax Study Group and a Director of the Baltimore Estate Planning Council. He also served as President of the Baltimore Association of Tax Counsel. In addition, Mr. Donnelly was a Member of the Class of 1999 of Baltimore County Leadership.

Publications/Speeches

Mr. Donnelly is an adjunct professor teaching estate planning at the University of Baltimore and lectures frequently on estate planning and estate administration issues to professional and non-professional groups.
