Mr. Stadfeld primarily practices in the areas of construction law, commercial collection claims, mechanic’s lien law and bond law. In addition, Mr. Stadfeld has served skillfully as a mediator and an arbitrator in alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

Publications/Speeches

Mr. Stadfeld is a co-author of “Mechanic’s Liens,” (Maryland Institute for Continuing Professional Education of Lawyers, Inc., 2001). Mr. Stadfeld’s article, “The Right Tool for the Job,” appears in “Yearbook of Construction Articles,” Volume Five.

Previous Work

Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Stadfeld was the Managing Partner of a mid-sized downtown Baltimore law firm.
