Mr. Gottlieb is a Principal in the Firm’s Philadelphia office and focuses his practice in the areas of insurance recovery, white collar crime, and complex litigation. He has represented multiple individuals in high profile criminal matters, and represented public and private companies in multi-million dollar disputes. His clients include public transportation companies, satellite television companies, and large developers. In his criminal matters, he has defended public figures, police officers and corporate officers. “We must approach each client and matter with professionalism and compassion and ultimately provide firm, well thought-out guidance”.

Previous Work
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Gottlieb was Co-Managing Shareholder of large law firm's Philadelphia office. Mr. Gottlieb has served in the office of the District Attorney’s Office, served as Chief of the Rape and Prosecution Unit, Chief of the Homicide Unit, and Deputy of Economic Crimes and Public Corruption Investigation Division. Also, lead counsel to the MOVE Grand Jury.
