Mr. Sinatra is a skillful litigator with more than 30 years of experience and success with main areas of expertise including contract claims, corporate governance and shareholder derivative cases, trustee surcharge and other trust and estate litigation, representation of Jurist before the Judicial Conduct Board, securities litigation and intellectual property cases. He also handles creditor’s rights and loan workout matters. Lou has experience representing financial services clients in complex litigation, including both the prosecution of significant claims on behalf of institutional clients and the defense of institutional clients in cases presenting lender liability and similar issues. Lou’s experience also includes representing corporate clients and shareholders in contract claims, securities litigation, Title VII cases, corporate governance, shareholder derivative cases, lender liability, restrictive covenant and trade secret cases, cases involving intellectual property issues, civil rights claims, defamation and RICO claims.

Previous Work
Prior to joining Offit Kurman, Mr. Sinatra was a shareholder and senior litigator with a Philadelphia firm for 11 years. Prior to this assignment, Lou worked as partner and senior litigator with a firm in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania for 15 years.
