Practice Focus

Joel Luber concentrates his practice in sophisticated estate planning for high net worth clients, estate administration, Orphans' Court practice, and general corporate and income tax planning. In addition, Mr. Luber maintains an active role in counseling clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, redemptions, shareholder and partnership agreements, employment agreements, nonqualified deferred and equity based compensation agreements, and commercial real estate transactions, including financing and exchanges.

Mr. Luber has lectured at various continuing education seminars and written articles primarily in the areas of estate planning, family limited partnerships and the estate tax marital deduction.
