As a practicing dentist and a lawyer, B. Casey Crafton focuses his legal attention on serving the healthcare community, with a particular emphasis on the needs of dentists. Dr. Crafton intimately understands the myriad business and legal issues facing today's health care providers, including employment/associateship agreements; commercial real estate leasing, purchasing and financing; estate planning; partnerships; the purchase and sale of practices; and starting or expanding a practice.

Along with his wife, Lisa, a general dentist, Dr. Crafton currently owns and operates a private dental practice in Howard County, Maryland. Dr. Crafton is a Clinical Assistant Professor in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, at the University of Maryland Dental School in Baltimore. He is also an active staff member at the James Lawrence Kernan Hospital of the University of Maryland Medical System. He is board certified by the American Board of Pediatric Dentistry, and he is Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Activities
Dr. Crafton is a member of the American Dental Association, the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, the Maryland State Dental Association, Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentistry, Howard County Dental Association, the American Bar Association and the Maryland State Bar Association. He is past President of both the Howard County Dental Association and the Maryland Academy of Pediatric Dentists.
Publications/Speeches
Dr. Crafton has published business and legally related articles in the Journal of American Dental Association. He has lectured on the local, state and national level.
