Practice Focus

Bryan Pelino is a skilled transactional attorney with extensive experience representing lenders and borrowers in secured financing.  Focusing primarily on documenting, negotiating and resolving commercial finance matters, Mr. Pelino counsels clients in asset-based and real estate financing including acquisition, development, construction, and term financing as well as working capital, receivables, and borrowing base lines of credit. 

Mr. Pelino has a vast understanding of middle market corporate financing, the redocumentation of troubled loans, debtor in possession financing, and loan workouts.  Additionally, he has counseled local and regional title insurance companies on matters relating to commercial real estate transactions, creditors’ rights risks, and lien priority. 

In every interaction, Mr. Pelino strives to maintain his clients' trust, further their objectives, and help them achieve their goals.

Mr. Pelino has been a member of the Maryland State Bar since December 2002. A member of the Mount Airy Streets and Roads commission since 2005, Mr. Pelino has served as both vice chair and chair.

Publications/Speeches

Mr. Pelino is a frequent lecturer to local lenders on a variety of topics including commercial lending process and documentation, construction lending, lien priority and title insurance.

Previous Work

Pelino comes to Offit Kurman from a mid-sized law firm with roots in Baltimore County.  In his previous position, Mr. Pelino represented commercial lenders.
